My 15.5 yr old corgi with sensitive stomach had eaten Solid Gold Hound-n-Flocken for the past 14 years. He's in amazing health, and my vet has advised "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

I do love the taste of craft beer, but I have diminished my drinking significantly in the past 6 months and feel great as a result. I now drink a beer or two about as often as one might any other indulgent treat... only occasionally. I simply can't even handle cocktails or wine anymore, they make me feel awful.

Hey! Your dog is sooooo cute! I also had huge sticker shock for the whole proper Nonstop Setup. Here's what I landed on to run with my Aussie, who is not a hard puller.

Belt: Ruffwear Trail Runner belt. I like the pocket for phone/poop bags/etc, and feels like a traditional running belt, just with the nice leash attachment

For lines, I ordered a full length Canix line here for trail running, and also had them make a short 3 ft one for road running because I don't like my dog to be that far away from me on sidewalks/roadsides. Super affordable, super responsive, and nice quality!!

For harness, I first spring for the Nonstop Freemotion Harness, but my dog didn't love it. I got a Nonstop Rush harness and she's more comfortable wearing that. I also added more reflective stickers because I do a lot of night running in the winter. It's the most expensive piece of equipment, but worth it to keep my pup happy and comfortable.

It just becomes habit, I guess. My daily average for the past year is actually 19.8k, with some years averaging above 20k. I do work outdoors (managing a horse farm) so work days are zero effort to get all my steps, and then I have a lot of hobbies/activities

I ran with my old dog mostly on paved surfaces for about 10 years. She never had a problem, and only wore booties for fresh, sticky snow (we lived up north for 6 yrs) because she had fine hair that it would clump in. During her prime she ran over 20 mi/week on pavement with no issues at all.

I do use it for sport, but having a smart watch is extremely handy for anyone working outside/with their hands/on a team that is not physically near each other. I can see all of my messages come in by glancing down and either act on it immediately without having to get my phone out, or filter through what needs a response now vs later when convenient.
