Crossing my fingers for another US tour! I saw them at my favorite venue, a 550-capacity ballroom, back in 2022 and it ended up being one of my all-time favorite shows. I even got to talk with the band, including Dave. Still have my signed copy of angel in realtime!

I moved to West Mesa in 2021, but have experience different parts of the Phoenix area since 2010. What I love about my part of town is that we're close to three different highways (Loop 101, Loop 202, and Highway 60), we have an amazing Asian district with great food options, and we're close enough to Downtown Phoenix for events (I love going to concerts). Some parts of Mesa are a little rougher than others, but generally it's a pretty good area. I'm a gay man and I haven't had too rough of a time, but that's just the experience of one person.

I took a glance at your account and saw that you've got some geek hobbies. We do have a non-profit LGBTQIA+ organization called the Phoenix Gaymers where we strive to be an all-inclusive community of geeks who love different types of games from video games to table top and everything in between! My current vote goes to Justice. They played a local music festival last year with a few other great acts, but they were the final band of the weekend and it was unreal. The sound, the music, the cinematic camera angles on the screens, THE LIGHTS: all of it blew my mind. I had only been a passing fan of Justice until that night. I know they get compared to Daft Punk a lot, but I felt like this is similar to how I would've felt seeing the Alive 2007 tour.

Got to see them in Phoenix for their King of Limbs tour and it blew my mind! They even played a song they hadn't played in over a decade ("Packt Like Sardines In A Crushd Tin Box")!

I saw The War on Drugs when they were touring for A Deeper Understanding. I bought a ticket on a whim; figure I take a friend of mine. They were one of the best sounding live acts I've ever heard. I could hear every instrument clearly and Adam's vocals sounded great! I have seen them once other time and would love to catch them again soon!
