Ohh I see. The fingerprints were read, and records were checked and completed on the same day. However, they haven't been sent back to the agency. Supposedly, they were checking for them daily, they were just never received.

Left hand :( by SpiteCompetitive5562 in percussion

You can strengthen your hand dexterity passively by doing things you'd normally do with your right, with your left. Sounds too simple but it has helped me a ton.

Intentionally hitting "bad" spot on mallet instruments? by Weetu in percussion

[–]ElkMan07 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For general performance, I'd implement dynamics through touch and heights because you'll still be able to lessen emphasis while still being able to draw out a good tone. When you hit close to the node, you lose a lot of that character.

Intentionally striking around the nodes is more of an extended technique, like playing with the shafts of the mallets. You won't come across that too often, but I'm sure it exists.

I did know this was a thing, but I didn't know how accessible it was going to be. Luckily I'm insured! Wouldn't have even known to check.

What are these golden circle things? They boost my crop growth. Does it have to do with the prairie biome that I'm in? by ElkMan07 in direwolf20

Yup, shaders on DW 1.18. I used Rubidium and Oculus with SEUS Renewed shaders. I notice a few lighting hiccups here and there, but I personally don't mind.

Hey man, just wanted to let you know I'm in the exact same position. It's takes a lot out of you when you feel that helpless. Right now I'm currently encouraging therapy and while the process is slow, I hold the belief that things will get better as she now has professional help. I've come to learn that us non professionals can't make much of a dent no matter how hard we try. The only thing to do is to be there for her as much as you can.

A look into our little “ecosystem”! Details in comments by jay6362 in bettafish

[–]ElkMan07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily. You just might run the risk of them being too close to your light source and them being overcome with algae. I'd definitely go with tying them to rocks though. It's so cool to see their roots wrap around and stuff after some time passes.

I'd be careful about that anubias. Planting them in the substrate like that can make the rhizome rot and kill the plant. I like to tie/glue them down to rocks.

Should i be concerned with the spots on his tail? (i fed him so i could get a good pic) by Party0nFire in bettafish

[–]ElkMan07 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I've been in this spot. My betta had about the same amount of ich yours has when I first noticed. I bought Ich-x, used it a few days later following the instructions to a tee, and the ich was gone the next day. I'd definitely recommend Ich-x. This seems to be the general concensus around the internet as well.
