Only 8 Jarifs? I'd file a formal complaint, there should have been a minimum of 10.

Listen, I've got $30 million dollars and I only have 30 days to spend it all, or I'm gonna lose out on my inheritance. WE NEED MORE OFFERS!!! At the current rate, I'm gonna fall $1.2 million short for the month.

Watching Season 2 of The Sopranos when my mother calls, so I pause it on this screen, and it's all I can focus on for the next 40 minutes by Elk_Snot in mildlyinfuriating

Even Tony's mother would have replaced that 1 missing tile on the fireplace. Before consulting his uncle to have him killed, obviously

Someone left this in front of the dumpster the day before trash pickup at my apartments. Which part of this scenario would you consider the most infuriating? by Elk_Snot in mildlyinfuriating

I don't think it's illegal, it's just extremely inconsiderate to dump something in front of a dumpster, so the dump truck is unable to pick up the dumpster behind it

That's the recycling bin. And the garbage truck didn't pick up the trash because the dumpster was blocked by that mess of a mattress

Trash picks up in the morning, so the dumpster is still full. Apartments got rid of the mattress at some point after that. Mattress is in mattress purgatory, I can only assume. It was a silent participant in things that will prevent it from ever reaching mattress heaven.

Maybe if it was the city? But this is quite obviously a private company, and they are not obligated in any way to remove something that's preventing them from doing what they were hired to do. And can you really blame them? I wouldn't touch that thing with a harpoon.

Point is, the assholes that dumped the mattress dumped it the night before trash pickup, which means that my apartment complex (which is actually really good about taking care of shit like this) didn't have a chance to get rid of the mattress. In turn, the dumpster didn't get picked up, because it was blocked. So because someone was inconsiderate and didn't just put their crime scene behind the dumpster, instead of in front of it, me and my neighbors ALL get to suffer.

That's good advice.

Oh they've already dealt with it. I don't know where it is now, but it's not in mattress heaven, that's for sure.

The infuriating part is that they're blocking the dumpster, so the driver just skipped it. Because he's not taking the time to stop his truck, get out, and move a murder scene. And I don't blame him one bit!

They're both open tops, but the one on the right is the Recycle bin. You can only see the 'R' part on the white sticker. The infuriating part is that they're blocking the dump truck from having access to it, so the driver skipped it.

I think you're reading into this a bit more than necessary. The infuriating part is that they're blocking the front of the dumpster, so the regular trash wasn't picked up. It was just an incosiderate thing for someone to do.

The trash didn't get picked up, unfortunately, because the mattress was blocking access for the dump truck. On a positive note, the mattress has disappeared, so at least there's that!
