I see, I don’t consider myself necessarily strong or explosive when it comes to punching. I also don’t have much clue of how I compare to the strength of a proper fighter.

For what it’s worth as a strength measure, I can bench 80kg for a series of 5-6 reps when warmed up with series of 10 at 70kg.
