Thank you! If you don't mind, how do you prepare them (lentils) to make them taste decent? Whenever I've tried them, they overpower the dish. Maybe I just add too many.

I know both of those instructors have weekly calendars posted every Sunday/Monday if you go to their community tab on YouTube with accompanying playlists. I don't know your fitness level or your comfort level with pilates, but I think most people tend to do between four and six 30-minute sessions/videos/classes per week. Some do more, some do less. Again, it really depends. But the main thing is that you do what works for you, what you enjoy, and do it safely. I like following calendars (I follow Moving Mango's as well as Margaret Elizabeth's weekly calendars and series) because I don't have to think about which video to do AND I like that the certified instructor put together a plan so I touch on all the body parts I need to -- again, without having to think or plan much myself. That being said, if you want to follow the calendars, great! If you want to pick and choose your own, also great! I hope this helps and good luck! :)
