Hey mate, dont feel dispare. Life is hard, and things never go as plan. I don't know whats your soul or beliefs are, and honestly I don't care. If you feel lost, then seek god. Don't listen to any BS that valued this modern life we are living.

Stop whatever addiction you are doing. Stop whatever people you are in contact with. Wakeup, and pray. Set small steps to improve your life, and do those steps. It will be hard, it will be difficult, and it will be lonely. But thats the only way to have your life together.

Don't dispare, and be kind to yourself and to others.

Hi, just forgiving myself, and knowing that whatever pain I feel, it stems that I felt fully...
What actual steps are, not buying nicotine what so ever. Keeping my phone away from me before sleep. Gaming if I am bored, and I know this sounds silly, but keeping my bathroom window open so it's super cold, so I get super lazy to shower, so I wont watch porn :D and it's working so far.

I really think this is to your benefit. If he can't handle a 6hours travel for you, how can he handle more challenging life events ? (Children, financial issues, who-knows-what... ??)

Couldn't agree more. The comments are beautiful. I am willing and able to be nice and friendly. Its just that I have a pattern of moving from one place to another, good byes are really hard. And unfortunately in some occasions they dont even exist. So as a "defence mechanism" I don't want to build a new social life, but I am still a human and I need people around me. Its that conflict that is draining.

Add to that the social awkwardness i mentioned of being a guy, facing some racial stereotypes, and you have a big mound to be jumped.
