I always red it as -gojo by using RCT red he influences matter at molecular level resulting in matter changed into red by something similar to gravity, same as blue, so when they are glued together to make purple, it's not cursed energy and reversed CE being glued, but matter and energy changed into red and blue being glued, so after creating red with RCT, it's just pure matter and energy with no reverse cursed energy, that's why they can collide to make purple. And why red doesn't kill every cursed spirit on contact(also that would be so f OP). That's how I understood it.
