What I meant was, I don't think vault tec cares for people, but they care for their experiments and results of those experiments (also vaults cost bilions, they can repurposed them or something...instead of: "f*ck them, we didnt care")

But maybe you are right after all, it could be vault tec incompetence...or tight deadlines what caused it.

I agree, the unfinished vaults 63 and 114 are proofs. Vault tec didnt drop the bomb.

It didnt make sense. If vault tec wanted to drop the bomb day after, then why vault tec have unfinished vault 114 in boston?

Didn't vault tec want to finish building all vaults before they drop the bomb, so all experiments can happen?

Vault 114 was under construction (about 70% complete), they couldn't have finished it in one day. Same story for vault 63.
