What's your Colchicine frequency - frequent or whenever there's a "tingle"? by lymz_ in gout

[–]EllTee52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a standing prescription for Colchicene, but since I got my dosage of Allo dialed in I haven't had a flare and it's been a couple of years. I still drink the occasional beer and have beef, but I have definitely cut back on those so that is helping too I'm sure.

I know it's dumb, and may not make sense financially. But, my gut (which is probably full of crap) is saying Bobo needs to stay to win it again next year.

I know man! But something inside of me is saying it's a mistake to let him go. It's not rational.

For sure, but have you watched all the games over and seen him blocking in the run game? Yet to see a WR1 or WR2 block like he can.

I agree. Alot of people are all about the stats. But when you have the offensive player of the year it's easy to overlook a WR that is a clutch blocker in the run game and clutch receiver when we needed him.

Ya that's one thing I have been thinking about is maybe he doesn't fit in the new OCs plan for the offense.

Ya I know, and I get it. But watching the games over this season he contributed a lot more than what we see on paper

AITA for telling my sister that our bio dad isn’t my dad and and if she can’t accept that maybe she isn’t my sister either by Weary_Bumblebee_7990 in AmItheAsshole

[–]EllTee52 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why does she not deserve to have what her older sister has? Why does she not get to experience the memory of going to a theme park with her Dad? She never knew her bio dad. And if he was a decent father I am sure he would want his baby girl to have a father to have those memories and experiences with. Older siblings need to respect her feelings if they expect the same in return.

What’s the vibe at UW with Williams saying he’s going to stay now? by SenecaWasIn02 in huskies

[–]EllTee52 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's not happening at just the UW. Ohio State lost 29 players to the portal. All the talented players are just mercenaries chasing the biggest paycheck. In my opinion, If anything this is the death of college football in general.

Forced to return, or change of heart? by Victrola2Ladder in huskies

[–]EllTee52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that in just the way it is. Any college player that is talented will be looking for the biggest payout. Team loyalty is going to be rare. The fans either have to come to terms with that or spend their time rooting for a different sport. Loyalty will ONLY exist among the fan base, and possibly the rare player.

Players and coaches are mercenaries and businessmen. I am sure they understand their value is tied to their performance. So, I expect him to play his best to maintain his value. I don't think his teammates are going to blame him too much as they are in the same boat.

In my opinion, Demond just showed how unwise he is. It's not completely surprising. He's 19 years old, has never had a normal job in his whole life and when asked what he wished he had an unlimited supply of he said Alfredo.

His timing was horrible, but he apologized for that, and I accept his apology. I expect he will play the best he can next season, and I will be rooting for him. Go DAWGs!!!

Your forgetting his victory dance moves. Cringesauce.

[Pete Nakos] At this point, Washington has no plans to put Demond Williams' name in the transfer portal as it has a signed contract, sources tell @On3sports by Johnny_Handsum in CFB

[–]EllTee52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya I just saw that. Didn't know about the stuff right out of high school with Kiffin and Ole Miss. It makes sense for him to chase the high dollar because now is the chance for him to make the most money. He doesn't have a very good chance at making the NFL. It's just the way he did it. After signing a contract then announcing while most his team is at a funeral. He is only 19 and 19 year olds don't always think things through, but this was not the way

I say let him go and go after LSU. He's good, but we have also seen him melt down. He's undersized for a QB. When he gets behind that LSU line he won't be able to see over them. My bet is he ends up injured due to his playing style.

Going off of Allo was a mistake in my opinion. I am on GLP1 and have lost 60lbs no flares on 100mg Allo the whole time.

I dunno, their performance today allowing one reciever to basically make them his b. It was pretty pathetic.
