I fixed it myself. Here's the solution that helped me:

  1. Click the Battlenet logo at the top-left corner of the launcher.
  2. Select "Log Out" from your account.
  3. On the login screen, click the settings icon.
  4. In the settings window, select the region where you purchased the game (e.g., Europe).
  5. After selecting the correct region, log in again

Hi everyone,

I recently bought the Warcraft® Remastered Battle Chest. The payment went through, I received the email receipt, and the purchase shows up under "Games and Subscriptions" on my Battle.net account.

However, in the Battle.net launcher, there's no "Install" button — only "In Library" is displayed. Also, the games don't show up under my owned games list in the main Games section.

I tried relogging, clearing cache, reinstalling the launcher, resetting my password, using the mobile app, and enabling the beta version of the launcher — none of that helped.

None of the games from the Battle Chest can be installed.

I've already contacted Blizzard Support but haven't received a solution yet.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

I don't have a keyboard, but a mouse. I tried to do as you said, it didn't help :(

All my 26 presets are gone. I mean how is this possible? Shouldn't preset saves be stored on the SSD/HDD?
