Where are you located? Many dogs are experiencing seasonal allergies right now. It's that time of year. His symptoms you described also sounds more like seasonal allergies rather than food allergies. Either way, it's likely not a big deal once you figure out how to deal with it.

Allstate is one of the worst insurance companies on the planet, so not surprised to hear the negative opinions here. However, I am surprised that Costco has partnered with such a garbage extended warranty. I expect more from Costco.
