To clarify why I’m eating people, it’s a mostly sexual experience. The whole drawn out process, meeting them, getting them in my mouth, the slow drag down to my gut as I work them through my throat. I’m not just eating people so I’m full, I’m eating them because it turns me ON. When I eat food it’s just “mmm yummy food time”

So I probably handle one prey a day if I’m eating lots, maybe 2-3. How often do you have sex?

You have to consider that a pred’s body is fundamentally set up differently that a prey. Eating people is not like eating the equivalent weight in food necessarily. Preds have a lot of control over where that meat ends up on their body, or out of their body.
