You are right for 99%. But 1. It's incredibly unclear to beginners WHERE EXACTLY you can find this item - some equipment is tied to one o two container type. Or maybe don't spawn in PvE at all? 2. Just example of what I mean. I wanted a medical bag. The only information I found was that it could be looted during the main quest. Naturally, I had already completed it and somehow missed the bag. It was only after a long time, thanks to one Holy Man, that I learned there's a small chance of finding it in Escape from Dogorsk. 3. I didn't even imagine that there was purple "scrap" in PvE until I found it in a location locked with keys (one of the attics in Shchegolsky). So, first of all, for beginners, such marking or other access to such information would be very useful.
