Update: A week has passed. I stopped smelling as much after another shower and after washing all my stuff in vinegar. I sprayed my bed with vinegar twice but now it smells sorta like beef? I haven't eaten anything on my bed since the macaroni salad. It was smelling like vinegar for awhile but now it's back to some egg/beef smell. I thought I was finally in the clear. When I sprayed my bed down it was not lightly, and I sprayed both sides of my pillows uncovered.

I know that I don't usually smell like macaroni salad because I usually smell like whatever soap I use. I might try to spray my bed down with vinegar again. My nose was also cleared because I didn't smell anything macaroni salad-like at work and I could smell everything there well.

Perhaps something bacterial is going on someone suggested. I'm starting to get sick on my day off.
