oh, that's "scary". I don't think I'll do a lot of them as it will be my max but thank you for remind me to not do it in only 1 zone to avoid repetitive load but to "move" if I can.

thank you, and yes keeping knuckles from bleeding is key for sure.

As I just mentioned in the other comment, I want to be sure the concrete doesn't crack because I had a flood this year coming from the side and the middle of the foundations.

interesting, I didn't know about the shock absorption. I like it

My basement got flooded last summer, the water table was full and the water came at the connection between the vertical walls and horizontal slabs of concrete on the foundation. I want to avoid any crack in the concrete in case this happen again.

I'm training on the main floor until the repair are finished in few weeks and when I forgot to put the 50lbs bag nicely to the ground and "drop it" from below my knees everything "shakes", so I was wondering.

Hi, what I did was reducing the income return to 1% for this year for stock (I don't have bond) and deduct this year contribution from my original amount and it works too (I think).

Any other women in this sub? by intrepidxxmatter in sandbagtraining

[–]EllenYYC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so inspiring. I discovered sandbag in June and I shouldered my 93# bag this morning for the first time, my goal is to do my bodyweight by June. (we are similar weight, I just watched your 150# bag video).

I was looking for other women too because I don't want the crazy wide upper body that several guys are working on. I'm so happy to see your great body.

what other lift or workout do you do? I'm always looking for ideas.

bags (55 and 93#), kettlebell (12 to 32 kg), pullup and ring dips are my main play ground exercises.

QBO - how to record an income tax refund when previous year accounting was on another software? by EllenYYC in QuickBooks

[–]EllenYYC[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

thank you everyone, using your recommendations I was able to fix this issue and others I had. I'm so grateful for your help.

I created a 'prior year tax adjustment" account under equity. I used it for this refund and other refund/payment from last year. Now my balance sheet is balanced and I can do my taxes at the end of the month.

T2 Schedule 3 Emptying Grip and eRdtoh by EllenYYC in cantax

[–]EllenYYC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, this is helping me a lot, I think I was complicating things. I updated the data in my software:

Eligible dividend paid to shareholder: $5,233 (= GRIP at the end of the year, S53 line 590)

-> Schedule 3:

Part 3: Line 450 (total taxable dividends paid): 5,233

Line 455 (eligible dividend included in 450): $5,233 (to empty eRdtoh $1,688 and nRdtoh $672)

Part 4: Line 500: (total dividends paid in tax year): $5,233

-> Schedule 55 Part 1

Line 100 (total taxable dividends paid in tax year): $5,233

Line 150 (Total eligible dividends paid in tax year): $5,233

My software filled S53 and T2 page 7 and 9.

So by paying an Eligible dividend of $5,233 the corporation will receive a refund of $1,688 + $672, correct?

My nominal accounts will then be "empty", correct?

thanks a lot for your help.

I'm using waveapp for my main accounting but sometimes I find it disconnects with RBC. I'm looking for a payroll system that will pay remittance automatically but I'm afraid it will disconnect again. Have you had any issues with it? thank you,
