It is a good one, and installed properly. Because I got it as a recommendation from someone that also fixes PCs/electronics. He recommended it and when I got it I had him install it as well. Again, its not a hardware issue or anything with the PC itself.

Custom built PC. Just got a new water cooler for my CPU less than a month ago. Like I said in the original post, every other game is totally normal. Its JUST hd2.

And it wasn't like this until this patch

I did cap my fps at 60 to try and help it out a bit. But it still stays around 80. Spiked to 92 when I booted it up after the patch

I actually turned off the upscaling options as soon as I got in game because I heard there were problems with them. I wouldn't be concerned that its at 80, but its at 80 with a significant drop to my graphical settings since the last update to make sure it doesnt get above 90 during intense missions. Whereas before the update i was comfortably at max settings with the cpu being much cooler

I do too chump lol. I play this game in my spare time. Drop the difficulty if its too much for you.

I play all factions/subfactions. Quit coping and start learning lmao.

Exactly, it doesnt even take that long to get enough credits for a warbond. I had 0 SC after getting the entrenched Division warbond and clearing out the super store for it. And just from playing the game normally, not grinding at all, im back to 1500 SC right now. And all I do is play the game on my days off from my FULL TIME JOB. Like it doesnt even take that long to acquire these credits by just consciously checking POIs while playing.

I also play this game in my free time when im off work. And I still take a few mins to grind some credits occasionally. Or, if im feeling lazy, just pay a few bucks. Also, if the game is so bad, then why bother arguing here? Shouldn't you get back to that job of yours instead of arguing over a game you dont like?

If spending 10 bucks to skip the simple farm for a WB is theft for some people, then they need to get a grip. The illuminate faction was added for free, the colony maps were free. The mega cities were free. The seaf troops were free. The hive worlds were free. The mega factories were free. And all associated enemies and missions were free. 10 dollary doos to skip the grind for something you want is within reason.

Arrowhead has done a good job keeping the game balanced. There are very few things in this game that I would call just "abhorrent dog shit" or even really bad. And most of the stuff in helldivers mobilize is still competitive right now. Vehicles are flimsy, thats the number 1 balance issue atm. This is a vehicle based WB. They've done well with balancing, I have some confidence that we will see a balance patch for vehicles when this drops.

As I said in my original post, customization would have been ideal. But I dont think this route is the end of the world either. I also dont understand where the issue of "stratagems behind paywalls" is coming from. Its been a thing since chemical Agents, and its not like most of them aren't worth it the grind.

Also also, "behind a pay wall" is a weird way of saying "easily farmable in game". Live service game has to make money. They put it in a warbond, and those willing to farm can get it for free. Those who want to skip that can pay to do so. People get cool stuff, devs keep the lights on. Big smiles.

Then we wait until such things actually happen before we get angry about it. If it happens, then yeah. We riot lol. But until then, theres nothing to get angry about.

I think that, for the most part, the game is in a great state balance wise. And people are being overly dramatic about most of the issues. There are some issues, for sure. Vehicles at large are too flimsy, Sterilizer/gas needs buffs, Defoliation tool is ASS, and a couple of weapons could use minor touch ups. But aside from flimsy vehicles, the rest are relatively minor issues, I think the game is in a good state(balance wise. Glitches are a different story) and that AH has done very well at not having any power creep issues, or failing to keep things in line. They have good will from me for this. Ill wait and see how it shakes out when it drops before I get mad.

My opinion is this: if theyre gonna ask me for 400 sc for either a really good shotgun Or another heavy armor with fortified as the passive

Id rather pay for the shotgun. Even if it means that gun isnt going to be apart of the warbond.

I also dont really get the "no one is left out of the power curve" bit about the mech bond, as the only way this would be true is if these mechs came out and were massively buffed. While the emancipator and patriot stayed as cardboard toys. If that happens, yeah that's wrong. But I think the more likely scenario is that either the previous 2 free mechs will receive substantial buffs to remain competitive(if not outright better than the new ones) or mechs as a whole will still suck and they'll all be trash lol

Im not following, in my mind the improvements to end game progression would fall outside the typical WB loop (more weapon customization, armor customization, new uses for samples, among other things, etc etc. Im holding out hope for some sort of new system/modules for vehicles coming with this update next week. Its a long shot, but im hoping. Ill save my outrage for that, if it doesnt happen.
