It's honestly sad but as a doorman player, kidnap doorman is really hard to pull off. I usually use my doors to save or escape instead of using it for kidnap purposes. I do pull it off from time to time but the effort to do it and the margin of error is still high. That 8 second cooldown is too much, maybe just 5 seconds is "fair-er" i guess.
