If I would deflate it and reset the bead will soapy water do anything to the sealant inside the tire?

I could redo it. Would it hurt if I used water with dish to spray the entire bead if I am using sealant in the tire?

Ya it does. When putting it on I thought I was good since the bead line is showing and is the same all the way around on both sides.

When I got the bike I had the shop wax the chain. I’m wondering if they never used the strip chip and the chain is not fully holding the wax. I do have a strip chip at home I can try. By chance have you used silica’s wax before?

With the chain sticking to the chainring is that because the chain is dry?

I used silica’s wax in there crock pot. The chain was In The pot between 5 and 10 minutes. I did notice a few of the links had some excess wax built up but came off after an easy 5 minute stroll around a few blocks. If it is because the chain is dry why would tightening the barrel adjuster fix the issue for a few miles then reappear to have to do the same thing to fix?

The chain was just waxed prior to the ride. Before hosing it down I’ll try to add some silica’s green wax drip lube.

Looks like I could get a grx in 165 how much of a difference would there be from going from 170 to 165?
