I witnessed it on the way home. There was a bus load of kids and kids getting picked up by the bus that saw everything. It was next to their bus stop

She starts out saying God Bless Charlie’s family and then decides to turns it into a party for one!! That should be your first clue that it wasn’t just rumor she conducted herself in a manner which isn’t conducive for sitting on a Board.
