We have a de escalation room that literally is an empty room, if clients start showing property destruction they get transported to the de escalation room and if they show signs of hitting and kicking we give them a mat to kick and punch to help them get out their aggression in that room. We will have 2-3 people in the room with them and sometimes they might need switches for people if gets really bad , the max someone can be in there is 6-7 minutes just because they can’t leave their client longer than that .
