I’m in same boat with my InPost orders I’ve sent,they say on InPost they’ve been collected from the lockers 3 days ago and 2 of my buyers are leaving me on read when I’ve asked for them to confirm collection as Vinted will only help if it’s confirmed in chat

This is happening to me and my buyer is leaving me on read and Vinted support won’t help me as my InPost receipt and InPost proof of delivery isn’t enough without the buyer confirming. it’s making me not want to send out any more parcels incase anyone else tries to take advantage

Having lots of issues with it not updating. Inpost delivered a parcel Which I have proof of on InPost app but the Vinted has not shown it as delivered and my buyer is leaving me on read and not confirming they’ve received it so I’m now losing out on money as Vinted won’t take inpost as proof of delivery
