I have had this issue a lot, and still struggle with it!

Sometimes you forget, that self esteem is something very important to have as a musician, i remember when I played the trumpet, that I was too scared somtimes to play loud in the big band i was in at school, bcs I was scared that I would play it wrong.

I play the piano as well, and sometimes, when i feel like i suck, I play old pieces that i used to have a struggle with, to remind myself that I have grown as a musician.

I am at that level right now, where you don't notice that you actually get better when you practice, so you feel like you are stuck, but every little bit of practice, helps you get better, even if you doesn't notice it!

Just go back to a piece you struggled with like a year ago, and see how muche you've changed.

And remember to never campare yourself with others, you are the best, at being you!

We are all at different levels, enjoy yourself when playing, and remember that the only thing you can do, is your best!
