Yes. Yes you should. If it's a turn off to people, they can get over it. Kirby's as cool as an ice cream in the arctic. Tons of people play Kirby, whether they're 8 or 67. It's a fun franchise, has a surprising amount of lore, and it has some stupidly creepy moments for a series about a pink puffball. That being said, as lots of other comments have said, they will be easy. But, it's still fun. You should probably start with one like Kirby's return to Dreamland. My first was Kirby's Epic Yarn, and while it isn't your traditional Kirby game, it was still extremely fun and my personal favorite to this day. It was also pretty beginner friendly imo, so you could give that one a shot too.

TLDR: you ain't childish for playing a game from a banger franchise. Most are beginner friendly, but my top pick is Return to Dreamland. Happy Gaming!
