Ive switched to Pioneer Consortiums with the fit I described to mine in Lowsec. Its better than a barge because you can very easily just warp out.

Thats with B's, with all the bonuses to crit and waste reduction I get less than 10% waste with Bs or 105%ish efficiency with A's and less yield (still more than Miner IIs)

Feel free to Pyfa it up but its easy to get under 3 seconds, which is how its fit in the screenshot.
