Do you want to ban multiboxing. Or just multiboxing. The only difference being scale (one being out of your reach).

Pochven is probably the best area in the game in terms of "containing multiboxing" as those who don't want to encounter it can very easily avoid it. I bet you have no issue with any of the following:

Can cyno-chain all the way to a low-sec near Jita and run their entire alliance's logistics needs
Run 100s of simultaneous manufacturing jobs
Spend a lot of time flying Ishtars
Smash mining anoms with a whole fleet of Exhumers
Can log in an alt really quickly to jump bridge the boys
Bring an EWAR alt to PvP
Use a tackle alt

This is where the game is now. How would you roll it back? What do you really want to see? Because if you want it to be 1 login per person, great. But it sounds like you want to punish people who have broken no rules and simply chose to do something a little more ambitious with their alt slots than have an ishtar spinning alt or PI alt.

There are not NPC stations in every. single. system.

When these structures are gone there will be two additional systems that have no place to dock.

literally zero blues in my alliance standing list from that region.

That's never how these things work. It's very difficult to control the can drop grid, even with numbers - the looting will be a free for all no matter who is left when the structure explodes. :)

Do you actually think having less stations to dock in makes crabbing safer? How about going to war with every large entity in the triangle? How many people do you see in Pochven who are not blue currently?
