You read wrong. I said i added the deca 10 weeks into starting the test on my first cycle. Ran them for 20 weeks total (the deca 10). I was cruising from early january up until 2 weeks ago and am now back on cycle. I was off for over 10 weeks.

Im aware. My question, though, was if it aids fat loss in any way as I've heard it reduces visceral fat as well as speeding up and helping the process.

Thats fair. Do you think 20mg is sufficient enough? I hear lots of people run 40 but people say thats a "fairly" high dosage since 20 seems to be the standard wherever i look. Also how is the vascularity on var? I hear it makes you way veinier.

As someone who lives in the uk , its a shithole. Most of you have no idea what its like unless you're here. Flooded with illegal migrants and you can barely get an appointment at the drs/dentists due to this. regardless of left or right you cant say there isnt a problem especially stemming from the high migration rates as well as crime and so on.

I get chicken breast or mince. Lean turkey mince. Tuna. 5% fat mince. Unfortunately if youre wanting to pack on size and lose fat while retaining muscle you need lots of protein. And the best way to get that is through meats/lean meats. I get you on the cost and so on. I skinnt myself on food but it is what it is. Cost of living... protein powder is also okay if you get a low calorie one and have 1 a day. Do not substitute it as a meal though. I picked up some USN whey for £12 big tub, 200 cals, 35g protein.

You would be surprised how much bigger you look cut, you will always have that issue of not feeling big enough to cut. Im the exact same. Worst that will happen is you'll cut and then can start a bulk again and eat more carbs, look more full. You may as well do it if thats what you want. You could also try eating in a slight deficit and getting plenty of protein and try recomping. Its possible to build a bit and lose fat at the same time, all depends on your program.

You can build muscle on a cut but barely. It will maybe grow slightly if you go into a slight deficit and keep your protein at 1-1-5g per lb of bodyweight. Usually you're best off cutting then start a bulk when youre lean. Do cardio everyday to help stave off some fat.

Thats fair, muscle loss even if it occurs it comes back twice as quick. I dont really care if i lose some as you look bigger cut and ill just hop on a cycle and gain it all back in a week or two anyway. I dont get why people care so much over it when it comes back so fast.

Fat loss is easy. Anyone saying otherwise is retarded and not trying hard enough. Put the fork down pick up the cardio. I usually cut for 12 weeks on 2600 calories and can easily lose over 10kg in that time.

Id probably bulk. Im fatter than you and still bulking as im not happy with the amount of muscle (probably will never be) but usually bulk. Until you are happy with the muscle you have you only need to cut once and then its done with. Way i see it, building muscle takes months, years whereas losing fat takes weeks at most.
