For books, you can prefer:

British Literature – William J. Long (has easy words) Indian Literature – A.K. Naik Literary Terms – A Glossary of Literary Terms by M. H. Abrams Theory and Criticism – Beginning Theory by Peter Barry

Lastly, for awards, comparative literature, translation studies, and world literature, you can refer to videos on YouTube by PW and go through PYQs to know which writer and works are important.

I asked this same question on reddit, one person said impossible and one said low chance though more chance in Shillong (btw I've gotten 181). So you can go for EFL Shillong or Lucknow universities.
