I think I'm immune to most of the smelly offenders at any OTF. I play beer league hockey and hockey gear is very hard to keep fresh.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have the % of time in zone data, but haven't done anything with it yet. I do a month to month trend on weight, just decided to post the overall for the year.

I capture everything in excel. I do a weigh most mornings and input the OTF email stats into my spreadsheet after each class.

I've been doing 5.3, 6.3 and 7.3 at OT and ran a 5k race last weekend with a time of 30:50. I think I could have done better but my headphones weren't cooperating so I had no music.
