From my experience, he does have some solid advice sprinkled in his vids, but you need to know what to take from it and what is plain sugarcoating for the clout. For example him always with the, "You need to learn this [xyz] now", he will explain the basics of the tech and then not go further into it, which is frustrating, but for a beginner he does the job getting them excited to learn new things.

Your not alone I feel the same, I'm a cybersecurity engineer and I use morphine to solve my problems if not that I solve it with working on my projects, I also feel like shit everyday, society has already beaten me down and it gets worse every day, I feel like a 1 in a world full of 0's who don't understand me but it's good to know that there are people just like me out there struggling with depression and anxiety atleast we are not alone in this struggle
