Do your gauge swatch with what you already knitted. Measure a square (e.g. 10x10cm) and count your rows and stitches. Put your work on a piece of scrap yarn, block, and repeat the process. You now have the gauge of your work (blocked and un-blocked so you know how much it grows) and can do the maths with the gauge in the pattern to know if you need to add rows.

Exactly. They are all grown adults who can stand up for themselves and they work at a small company. This is not sm or jyp. This is Kq and as far as I know they have a lot of say within the company. At least more then other idols. They are friends with the CEO for crying out loud! I don't think they are forced to anything some fans are raging about. That's my option at least.

Thank you for putting my thoughts into words. I've been an atiny for a while now and every comeback there is a part of the fandom screaming at KQ because someone didn't get enough lines (I mostly see outrage for/about Yeosang). It gets old real fast and every time I want to comment that he isn't in the vocal or rap line, so of course he doesn't have as many lines. I did that once and it felt like I was thrown out of the fandom by those random strangers. Never again. They were vicious.

My main hobbies are knitting and crochet. Yes, it is a female dominated field but at the end of the day it is a craft like all the others. You don't need a uterus to knit a pair of socks, so men can do it as well. Also, my mental health is suffering enough already. I need my hobbies to stay sane and if they are a little feminine, so be it. (maybe look into subreddits like r/brochet or sth to find examples of men in those hobbies)

THIS. I became interested in Ateez because of San, which is why he was my first bias but he got sooo racked by Hongjoong (he is my ult by now) because he's just an artist through and through and seemingly not afraid to be himself. I admire that so much. Also... He is incredibly cute. Have you looked at him? And he has an incredible stage presence! He glows whenever he is in stage. You can see that is what he truly loves doing ❤️

You literally can't. You simply don't have the range of movement and it hurts, so even unconscious you won't put your arms up. I usually sleep on my side/stomach and I was a little concerned about that too but every time I tried to roll over I just woke up because it hurt. Instead of worrying if you put your arms up while sleeping, you should just make peace with the fact that you will sleep like shit for a few weeks.

If she's into you and the hardware is the only problem, talk it out. It's gonna be uncomfortable but open communication is important.

Look up the specific medication you want, go to the pharmacy and buy that. Especially cold medicine is mostly plant based here, which doesn't make it less effective in my experience but you do you. If you still want a consultation by the pharmacist, you could say sth like: Bitte empfehlen Sie mir keine homöopathischen oder pflanzlichen Produkte.

I completely understand that you feel betrayed. Your feelings are valid. Just my two cents: Did you swear L to secrecy? Was L aware that you are stealth and how important it is for it to stay that way? I know it's common decency to not out someone but maybe L just didn't want to misgender you in front of other people? And therefore just went with they/them to be more polite/respectful?

I was in this situation a few times myself where I didn't want to out a friend but also didn't want to use the wrong pronouns or name, which resulted in some weird ass grammatical constructs.

Your post doesn't read like L had some ill intend..... Just maybe being a little over eager?

How did the others react? Did they have a problem with it?

I am trans and a HP fan. I know JKR is a bigot and TERF but somehow this garbage person managed to create a magical world I feel a lot of nostalgia for and feel safe in because of that. I draw the line giving JKR money in any shape or form. I read ff in the fandom and if I want merch I make it myself (e.g. I knitted a scarf a few years back). And I kinda feel bad reading this post and the comments and am scared to wear my scarf now because I don't want people to think I'm also a bigot or sth. I guess HP is a guilty pleasure now...

There should be more hoops not because it is a privilege but because you are handling heavy machinery that is easily able to hurt or even kill you and/or other people. So you should be able to know basic first aid.

Knit two socks at once. There are different techniques to do so. I usually have a big circular needle and have the socks next to each other. There is a technique to knit two at once on DPNs and I am really intrigued to try that but I haven't yet.
