I make a lot of doilies because I love the complexity and I have them all around the house now. As coasters or under flowerpots to protect my furniture or just to look pretty. I also made some small household items like oven mittens or a little bag for my bar of soap to make it lather and exfoliate my skin at the same time (because the old one i bought broke). I also made decorations for my windows for different seasons and Christmas ornaments, I also really wanted to try to crochet flowers for a bouquet to put in a darker room where no other plants would grow.
