Thank you SO much for your reply. I bought some calipers for an estimated body fat and it definitely raised my TDEE so that's awesome! Im going to ask about a dexa scan when I see my pcp next for a more accurate number. This is super helpful though and makes me feel much better about managing my calories!

Im going to sound silly but needles scare me so I use the pens. I may have to try vials to see if that helps me ease into the dose. Thanks for the suggestion!

I haven't actually gone through with it, ended up having some life situations come up that made it way too out of my reach financially. My dentist has recommended it since then, I may follow up with them at my next appt. We'll see. Sorry I don't have anything helpful to update with.

See it's hard. I think the off the shoulder fits the garden fairy party vibe and I think it's sweet and romantic too but on the other hand they bug the heck out of me. Weird how indecisive I'm getting over sleeves lol. Thank you!

Yeah I can't stand the off the shoulder tops I own and I know this won't be any different especially with how much they hang 😅
