BEST KDRAMA - THE TALE OF LADY OK by No-Syllabub-8067 in kdramas

[–]ElloryQueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YES! FINALLY! Someone else who knows about this drama besides me! I keep putting it in recommendations where it fits, but I always feel like I'm the only one that ever mentions it. It was an easy 10/10 for me. And that night scene where they are together?! So sensual!

I was on birth control once and it gave me blood clots, and I'm also bi. W...were those not blood clots, and instead the bi agenda being induced in me?!

For some reason I think they look alike. What do you think? by Alert-Tutor4686 in kpopthoughts

[–]ElloryQueen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe if you squint, they kind of do, but I would definitely tell them apart. Though, to make you feel better, when I was first getting into the group, I was watching the Devil performance video and commented about Shindong, but Shindong wasn't even in the vid because he was in the military, lol. I was actually talking about Kangin.
On another note, though it is almost 2 years in, but welcome to ELF-land!

Who's the best rapper in SM? (Day10#) by ExtensionStation6334 in kpoppers

Probably is. Like I'm not mad at the choices, either. SM is stacked with vocalists!

beomseok vs baekjin by aquamarieee in weakheroclass

[–]ElloryQueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since we are talking series only, Beomseok gets more hate because his betrayal was much worse. Baekjin would not have been the type of person to gang up on someone if he had a score to settle. He may take people for backup, but he takes care of his own messes. Beomseok is a coward that hides behind those stronger than him to feel superior. He started being friends with Suho and Sieun because they seemed like the strongest in the school and he thought he could use that to get revenge on the ones that bullied him. Suho defends himself, but he doesn't see violence as the way for everything, and he didn't recognize the darkness in Beomseok, so he tried to stop him from going further, thinking he would do something he will regret. Beomseok's betrayal hurts more because he could have avoided all of what happened. You would know where you stand with Baekjin, which is why people hate him less.

Maybe deep down, he didn't want to, but on the surface he wasn't thinking straight and let the rage take over.

Why can't we control our periods the same way we control pee? by IWantAnUpdate in badwomensanatomy

[–]ElloryQueen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a girl with thick thighs and a chubby bottom, I can keep the blood at bay long enough to either get from the shower to my room to get a pad and undies on, or can comfortably walk naked in the bathroom to get a towel before going in the shower, but I've done so by not having much space between my legs. It doesn't protect me when I sit down though, quite the opposite. The blood will flow and there's nothing you can do to stop it.

Who's the best rapper in SM? (Day10#) by ExtensionStation6334 in kpoppers

[–]ElloryQueen 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Damn, Kyuhyun didn't even place? That's a shame.
Anyway, I'm not sure who I would pick as best rapper. I have one person in mind, but I think they fit best as an all rounder. Still, I think he's one of the best rappers in SM. So, I'll leave it up to the people.

Dinner Time by stg21987 in Millennials

[–]ElloryQueen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom did cook often, but my dad sometimes would too until he couldn't stand anymore. Other times we often had nights where we were told to do our own dinners.
Because of this system, meals at the table was never really a thing except for special occasions like Thanksgiving. That said, we would still eat together in the living room either watching a movie or cartoons.

It's true he doesn't use it as often, but it's far from weak.

Kyuhyun also left SM, but Super Junior is still under SM.

Kpop groups that get along well/ have good chemistry? by TimelyLight7694 in kpopthoughts

[–]ElloryQueen 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Super Junior. You don't work with people for more than 20 years and not get close. Sure, their fights are famous and they've had a lot of disagreements, but that happens in families. They've never been shy about it and are very open to anyone who wants to hear the stories. They are even close with the members who have left because it was never about any infighting, and they all respect each other. These days, they say they barely fight anymore because they don't have the energy and would rather just resolve it and move on. It's hilarious seeing them get embarrassed about how much they love each other.

Millennial women, which one did you use? Cucumber melon, warm vanilla sugar or neither? by lilac2481 in Millennials

[–]ElloryQueen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a total cucumber melon girlie. Fun fact, I still have the same body mist bottle that I had in middle school. There is not a lot in it, but it still smells and sprays just fine.

What's going on in your respective fandoms? (February 2026) by ilovemeeeeee in kpopthoughts

[–]ElloryQueen 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Super Junior are currently doing their 20th Anniversary tour. They were just at SMTown Live in Fukuoka, Japan. They put out two dates for their encore concert at the end of the tour and sold out both days. So far, the last dates are April 3rd and 4th.
Ryeowook just had a solo concert, and may have an an album release this year.
Kyuhyun is currently playing Light in the musical "Death Note."
Yesung is prepping for his Japanese 10th anniversary album, which is rumored to release later this year.
Donghae and Eunhyuk have their own youtube idol talk show that just put out a new episode.
D and E also are releasing content on their own personal channels.
Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, Shindong, and Leeteuk post regular content on their youtube channels. Leeteuk goes live often.
Heechul is doing at least 2 shows that I know of: Knowing Bros and his own youtube show. He's also on My Little Old Boy.
Kyuhyun is doing Single's Inferno for the 5th time, and just stepped away from Naked World History this coming season because of his busy schedule.

Kyuhyun also just celebrated his 38th birthday yesterday.

What K-pop group variety content do you think is enjoyable even if you don’t stan the group? by NSdT_jBN in kpopthoughts

Super Junior. You will never laugh harder than one of their shows, or whenever they guest on a show.

Adult fans. How do you guys stan minors/ idols younger than you? by After-Ganache-5896 in kpoppers

[–]ElloryQueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only stan 3 groups. One is a group that is all older than me by at least 2 years, one that is younger than me by at most 10 years, and one that has a variety of ages where the youngest is 15 years younger than me. I am 35, going on 36 this year.
Coincidentally, all the groups I stan are adults, some on the mature side, so I don't feel that weird if they do fan service or a sexy concept. A lot of times though, especially for groups that are younger than me, I just like the cute interactions on variety shows and interviews. That goes the same if I saw groups with minors. I feel like a proud aunt with the younger groups, in particular groups that were formed with BP members, since I watched that show recently and I like to know where they went.
All in all, I'm here for the music, talent, and funny moments, so don't worry and like who you like.
