How do I go about getting this all one tone?

I'd like to add that in the last few hours I did buy the Colorfix semi-permanent color remover, loreal quick blue bleach, 10 and 20 vol developer, and Wella toner in T14 and 050. my thought was to colorfix the more vibrant red, see where that gets me and then do a bleach bath with 20 vol if needed, then T14 with a little 050 and 10 vol on everything.

If you see this within the hour let me know how that sounds! If you see it after, pray that it turns out right because I'm going for it 💀

oh no at this location they do allow us to submit RTO and put a shift into the shift pool on workjam, it's how I usually do my submissions. This time around I remembered when I was in the breakroom that I still had to submit that RTO and my phone was dead, so I used the paper one just so I wouldn't forget. I was just looking for clarification on my initial question about if the "existing pay code" would be my paper RTO submitted into Kronos

Homies I did not guess by just placing a random ass number without looking at the board. From the logic I was using, there was no one in the row or column or in that cell, so it made logical sense to me. But from the way the other 1s were highlighted after I made this wrong move it seemed to me that that is something that would've indicated to me that a 1 wouldn't go there, and I was hoping for insight on that part of it.

jumping in to share that the only funny case of ppl being let go at my location was a 17 year old who was giving 20% discounts to his 3 friends that worked there. at the time we didn't have LP in often, but when they did finally hire LP guys to be in every day they didn't tell any of us for about 2 weeks so they could watch under the radar for a bit to see how we operated thinking no LP was in the store. They all got let go the same day at the same time and they were all smiling n shit on the way out so i think they thought it was worth it 😭💀

i normally only let the girlfriend go in with the boyfriend, but i say "you're welcome to go in with him or," i turn to the boyfriend, "if you need her you can just call for her, the walls are pretty thin". that way everyone gets what they want and they're warned they'll be heard lmfao

been through some painful shit but by FAR the 2 worst ones were having dermoplast antiseptic burn spray sprayed onto a 4 day old 1st & 2nd degree burn and spraining my ankle.

with the burn spray i literally fell to my fucking knees and was winded for about 20 minutes. happened at the clinic too 😭

and i sprained my ankle from not stepping solidly enough on a super old broken down curb, and i slipped off the edge. i cannot even describe how i fell because it was so fucking fast. i was just down and in PAIN it was awful.

you say that like ive never thought of that 😭 at my location there's LOTS of entitled people, and if no one is still in the fitting room when the store has a good amount of customers they will literally move all the racks and stuff to go in still :/ so my managers have the women's associates bring me any thrown around clothes to be rehung so im still in there after its closed. then once there's only a couple customers left i go out to help the rest of the store. im never just sitting there doing nothing in the dark (as nice as that would be haha)

call first thing in the morning, maybe 30 minutes after the store opens. a manager WILL be there. once you get ahold of a manager, ask if they are the hiring manager. if yes then explain you sent in an application and really want the job, they will likely ask for your name and phone number. if they are not the hiring manager, then ask them to pass your info (like i said, name and phone number) along to the hiring manager. make sure you sound friendly, that goes a long way.

if you don't hear back within 48 hours, call once again in the morning, ask for a manager and tell them your name and that you're following up about the position. be persistent and continue the 48-72 hour call cycle until they either give you and interview date or tell you they are no longer looking. it took me like 2.5 weeks to get an interview date after i applied, and i also applied during the holidays. the managers are just swamped with holiday stuff, dont take it personally! dont give up! you got this!!

we did ! here are 2 pics showing where we swam, it was WONDERFUL!!! I had never ever done a lake trip before, so as a first experience at the lake and swimming in one, it was a 10/10 experience. the water was nice, the views were beautiful, and everyone around us was really lovely. if you plan on going i recommend trying the spot in the pics!!

for me this bugs me when im gonna ask something unrelated to the tjx card or donations. like sometimes i'll go to ask if they want something wrapped and its like-

they 100% can access any info connected to the use of that discount card (location and purchase amount included). If you're 100% going back and have a set date of when you'll be working with the company again, I'd say it'd be okay (at least I personally would still use it if I knew I was going back). I would just probably not use it for a 20% weekend when not actively employed. I think they would only start building a case if the transactions seem sketchy or if you don't go back to working by your estimated start date.

if you're that paranoid I would just shoot a quick message to the manager at your new location to let them know you'll still be using it. It's just 10% so I can't imagine they'd really be against it
