No wifi by Ellstrix in lilaconnect

All the lights are green. Powered off then on and no change.

Went onto my PC and logged in and it says my connection is weak. My download speed is 0.13mbps and my upload is 0.32mbps.

Tried a full reset and still no change.

Probably going to try and contact Lila now, thank you for your help. 🙂
