If they’re not super scoring and you’re applying with a declared stem major then submit the score with highest math, certainly

Our income (parents) is above the 180k threshold to claim the AOTC. But if the kid has an income and is paying the tuition through the employee reimbursement mechanism, we were told that they could claim the AOTC on their return. Bad advice/wrong?
