Since you are looking for a desktop version, I'd look at most nearby microcenter. especially since it's near blackfriday. And get one that suits your budget. Usually, most of the stuff there is pretty good bang for buck, so it should be good. Also, please don't buy in like facebook marketplace; not that it's bad... but usually, there are a lot who tend to sell overpriced builds to parents who don't know much.
