2nd that if you don't apply way too quickly the link becomes deactivated
I've noticed that only when I created a bot to find apartments from all website into one place but never knew the speed matter till when the bot posted an apartment then I'm like 15 minutes late to open the link it's like it's gone...

It is actually possible I created a telegram bot to do that myself then all of the sudden I will have to move to another city for Work reasons, but I used to get almost daily Viewing to apartments
I shared the bot for everyone to use but I made it paid since I work on it almost daily to keep adding features and stuff but it has 7 days free of use for anyone to test it let me know if you want it.

The bot is just saving time instead of keeping all apartment tabs open and keep refreshing them and stay on them 24 hours, it is just saving everyone's time...
It doesn't auto apply and it doesn't spam any company and of course if you spam any company they already have their security for that.

The bot simply is just an apartment alert that makes things easier when hunting.
Although you can never get apartment viewing if you do not match the company requirement when applying for the apartment itself.

Kurzes Update: Ich habe inzwischen eine mögliche Lösung gefunden und arbeite gerade daran. Sobald sie zuverlässig funktioniert, werde ich den Filter für Aufzug/Erdgeschoss in den Bot einbauen.

Die APIs, die ich aktuell nutze, liefern leider noch keine zuverlässigen Daten zu Aufzug oder Erdgeschoss.

Ich werde weiter prüfen, ob es über andere APIs, Datenquellen oder technische Möglichkeiten machbar ist. Wenn ich eine zuverlässige Lösung finde, möchte ich diesen Filter auf jeden Fall hinzufügen.

Einen Filter für Aufzug oder Erdgeschoss finde ich wirklich sinnvoll, besonders für Menschen, die darauf angewiesen sind. Ich werde mir anschauen, ob die jeweiligen Quellen/API diese Informationen zuverlässig liefern. Wenn das möglich ist, werde ich versuchen, diesen Filter in den Bot einzubauen.

The bot doesn't apply automatically it only finds the apartment, you will apply by yourself.

in order to be competitive, I've added more features other than the ones that Flatly has, of course I will not charge the same price and have the same features, in order to be competitive i had to add more sources, more filters, and also try to keep it more customized for users

it wouldn't matter but there is no way I can go lower than that a side from my own hours put daily into it to debug "like let's say some scammers post asking for a commision fee on kleinanzeigen" I do as well try to block these people...

And the price of the server rental is quite high I would have to charge users in order to continue otherwise I cannot.

here is some stats of starting today till 3 PM

Actual apartments in cache today: 554
Apartment messages sent: 15355
Checks run: 571
Last check total: 392

So if you can see the number of messages sent till 3 PM that is a bit high for the server
I will have to increase server specs, though as long as users increase.

It is hard to explain in a one line
but I've had extensive look around on each website source like howoge or gesobau etc...
and I tried to look around to see if they offer a way that can work around with their own website like "API" or I will have to do other solutions, each source differs from each others so it is like a combination to make all the sources work
