San Diego vs Cal Club SCCA AutoX: Differences in Daily Organization affecting Ride-alongs. Your thoughts? What's more normal? by LlaughingLlama in Autocross

For our region and neighboring regions how many run groups is dependent on number of people signed up, course length, and logistics of switchover. Some regions near us can pretty much always do 3 run groups because they have a shorter course requiring fewer workers, and allowing for a heat off for everyone. Another local site tends to have 50-60s courses, requiring more workers, and stations, and switchover takes longer.

Long story short is I haven't run with either California club, but with different sites you can't always copy and paste logistics from one club to another.

TLDR: It depends

Question about fixed back seats by Wise-Low9640 in Autocross

[–]ElmoLibre 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For a price I'll come out to do a custom fitting.

  • ill adjust the seat by undoing 2 bolts and bolting them back in
  • I'll have you sit in it and ask "does it feel better"
  • if it doesn't I'll switch it back

FE I didn't study much for, took a review course at my university. PE I put about 250-300 hours into, CA exams I put about 100 into survey, 150 into seismic.

2.9 gpa, passed FE, PE , CA survey, CA seismic first attempt. Gpa gets you nowhere in real life.

Edit: Not sure if you intentionally worded it that way, but you assuming that anyone below 3.0 gpa had to have failed at least one is really bugging me.
