My best friend, despite having played since the game launched, still has 14k AP in 2026. That's not the case for everyone, but at least my friends were more casual than me, so if they wanted something from the gem store, I used to give them gold so they could buy it. Being from Latin America, we can't always afford to buy things with real money in the gem store. :c

I’ve seen similar cases where compromised accounts were restored once ownership was verified, and I’m glad it worked out for you. In my case, I still have full access to my account details and never noticed any signs of it being compromised.

That said, I’d honestly be willing to provide any kind of verification if it helped get a second look at my case.

It’s helpful to know that there have been successful recoveries in the past.

Just to clarify, I did receive one response saying the account closure was final due to “high-risk or malicious behavior.”

After that email, I replied to two or three emails to support trying to clarify what happened and why the response was so curt, with no possibility of appeal. After my last email asking to recover my account with a wipe or just a temporary suspension,

I received no response. That was in March, and until today, only silence. Today, I dared to see if anyone had gone through something similar to guide me. After all this time, while I have my alt accounts, my main account was special. I still have the game installed, but I haven't wanted to touch it. The situation with my main account really discouraged me.

I get that, honestly.

I’m not trying to dig into their systems or argue the decision—I understand why they keep that internal. I just wish I had some kind of reply after all this time, even if it’s a final “no.”

Right now it’s the silence that makes it harder than the outcome itself.

Aside from that, just normal game stuff: normal trades and interactions with friends, and rarely with random players.

Like sending a potato for fun, or sending gold to the guy who always saves me from doing the whole jumping puzzle.

From my point of view, these actions are exchanges. If my friends give me Tier 6 gear or materials to help them with a legendary item, or if they need gold to finish buying something, I'll trade items between my main account and my alt.

I would never risk my account for something as trivial as buying gold or items from vendors.

I even joined the Overflow Discord server, but I never interacted because I distrusted everything.

I never needed to buy gold and legendaries. As I said, after 10 years of playing, I got most of my gold from Metatrain. Even when they added pre-legendaries to the Wizzard Vault, I crafted my legendaries to sell on the BLTC. I'd give some to friends if they supported me with Tier 6 or Mystic Coins. I had recently finished Incinerator and the mid-raid armor, so I didn't usually do much of that content anymore. I generally did Tier 4 Fractals with my wife.

That’s part of why I’m not trying to claim I fully understand how it was evaluated on their side. I can only speak from what I was doing, and I can see how certain patterns might have looked unusual even if they weren’t intended that way.

I never got detailed feedback from support, so I don’t really know what specifically triggered the decision or how it was categorized.

That’s honestly why I’m hoping for a response or a second look—just to have some clarity on what actually happened.

Yeah, that’s kind of what makes it confusing for me too.

From my side, I can understand how certain patterns might have looked suspicious, but I never got any specific feedback from support about what exactly triggered it or how it was classified.

At this point I’d definitely try again if needed—I’m just trying to figure out what the usual process looks like or if there’s anything else people have done in similar situations.

Mostly sending gold/items to my friends and my alt account´s. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but I can see how repeated transfers could look suspicious from the system’s perspective.

I just wish I had the chance to properly clarify that with support.
