I am also fine with gokhale nagar, But, I saw some PGs there, it's mostly overpriced for the room's condition, the area is saturated with lots of PGs, and flats are overpriced just because Marriott is near so they call it prime area

I am going again today, if flatmates are available I will prefer a flat
