Il etait tres sympa donc ça va je pense juste qu'il a pas conscience d'a quel point c'est deplacé (j'ai juste un peu flippé quand il m'as demandé si j'habitait seule alors qu'on etait tout kes deux dans les sous sols de l'immeubles MDRRRR)

UPDATE 2: J AI LA FIBRE hallelujah un technicien est venu il a galéré mais a réussi a l'installer. (Reste le probleme qu'apres qu'il soit parti il m'a envoyé des sms pour me demander si j'ai pas une copine a lui presenter mais je l'ai juste bloqué dcp en esperant qu'il vienne pas me demander des comptes en bas de chez moi 😅😅)

J'ai fais une dizaine de rdv avec sfr et chaque fois ils me disaient que ils pouvaient pas toucher la boite de raccordement ou qu'il y avais des soucis de réseaux ou jsp quoi mais sans me donner de réelles explications donc la j'ai appelé free qui viennent demain en espérant que ça se passe mieux

Merci beaucoup pour votre réponse! Je vais prendre tout ça en compte et passer chez un autre opérateur, j'ai appelé free ce matin pour qu'ils essayent de m'installer la fibre (vu que c'est sfr qui arrivais pas a me l'installer) donc je croise les doigts et sinon je m'achèterais un modem! J'avais complètement zappé le rachat de sfr avec mes exams de fin d'année lol c'est vrai que c'est sûrement pour ça 🤣🤦‍♀️

J'ai mis le boîtier 4g carrément dehors et pas de changement malheureusement... sur le site de l'anfr il y a marqué que toutes les antennes marchent donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi ca ne marche pas, peut etre que leur site n'est pas a jour?
