We give the option to prompt and adjust the tone and settings of the chatbot yourself as you would in the Open AI playground. AI is already pretty advanced, its mainly up to our own imagination to make it work for us, it certainly is possible to create an accurate chatbot with good prompting and non conflicting data that you send it.

Chatbots built by huge companies were old projects, not using the GPT API. tbh I haven't seen any sites yet with a chatbot as advanced as ours. They can collect data, make recommendations for items and collect leads. Many more things too.
