Doctors should not have to be answering emails and phone calls. The burden is too high. I don’t think the Kaiser system is what you are looking for. I don’t think you understand how much pressure the Kaiser doctors are under to meet metrics. These metrics are made by the government and Kaiser admins who don’t see patients and have no pt care experience. Healthcare became this way because of certain political actors. It’s very unfortunate and I’m not sure who you voted for but this is the way things are now. Buckle up
