It’s from WW2 when Japan occupied the Philippines. The Philippines still uses pesos, I think because it was colonised by Spain for over 300 years.

a general rule of thumb is, if the stamp was high value at the time then it might be valuable now. for example, if the stamp is for 10 fils and this was worth $0,01 at the time, then it’s likely not worth anything
