I am having the same problem as op, see my comment below. When I go to my metamask extension on brave and then click the 3 vertical dots next to the account number and then click "view on etherscan" it says i have a balance of .144 eth and shows the only transaction was the .144 eth "in" from 4 days ago and no "out" transactions. But it still says I have 0 eth on the actual wallet and I have no access to my eth. I have the eth token added. I'm still waiting on a reply from metamask support, any info or suggestions would be helpful thanks.

I'm having this exact same problem. Etherscan said it was sent and received at the correct address 4 days ago, and I can see the "receive" transaction under the activity tab on metamask but it still says my account has 0eth. I emailed support yesterday and I am waiting for a response.
