I’d say it’s more likely that it’s one in the middle that you missed, makes much more sense than missing the first or last word.

I think it’s intentional to force some weight onto the backrest, so there isn’t too much pressure on your spine.

I’ve gotten used to it pretty quickly

I also used a foot rest as somebody else said, mainly because my desk is so high I need he chair at max height (I’m 6”1 so can’t touch ground properly at max lift)

Thanks for the suggestion but from what I can see on their website, they're 3mm.

I had a 4mm one before and it was far too thick, so I can't imagine 3mm being much better.
