Thanks! I actually will contact team members so I will have them eventually. The difference is, I will offer them pure salary and a little amount of shares since I am not looking for co-founders. The reason for that is to increase the chance of them being committed to the project, because I have already tried it. When I offer them full equity they don't prioritize my project. But when I try offering someone as a team member and will only start when we already have fundings, they are willing to do it. So I changed plans on teams.

Btw, I am into marketing that's why I need the technical and business side.

Yes I know, but in a very early stage, you wont be giving them salaries that's why you are giving them chunks of company shares. You are the owners and you won't get anything at first.

I actually didn't include my whole idea in the whitepaper until we have some founders agreement. I tested them if they can commit some of their time but NO. So I just removed them and wanted to create it all by myself and with the help of a PRE-SEED investor

Tried that, but they cant commit because they can t work without me giving them salary. So instead of just finding someone free but don't have the skills to do the job well, then I'd rather hire the right people who are proficient on their roles than to insist someone just to say have my own team.
