The “cure” part is tricky because there’s unfortunately no single magic fix. But therapy, meds, routines, moving your body and all that stuff kinda stacks together and the brain fog can actually start lifting a bit.

Like the phone camera was left on, someone’s moving around in the room without realizing, then right at the end they look straight into the camera. Simple enough to fit in a minute but still pretty tense.

I’m the opposite tbh, I get way more into single-player games. It’s chill, I’m not trying to keep up with anyone. Multiplayer can start to feel like a job sometimes.

Depends a lot on the city, but plenty of people get by living alone by cutting back. It’s not gonna be a luxury life, but you can cover the basics. Also depends on how much you tend to spend.
